Our history
The foundation of Latour Industries was laid through the acquisition of two prestigious companies, the family-owned company AB Sigfrid Stenberg founded in 1910 and Specma AB founded in 1918. Since then, the companies have evolved into the business areas of Workshop Technology and Machinery Trading under the ownership of Investment AB Latour.
Latour Industries AB was formed on February 19, 2010, through a merger of these two business areas.
